TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. General
By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Sale. We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
2. Orders and Availability
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or limit any order at any stage, including after payment has been made, if necessary. Where we cancel an order, we will refund the full amount paid to your original payment method.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full before your order is dispatched. We reserve the right to correct any pricing error and to cancel or adjust affected orders in accordance with clause 6.
4. Sale and Off Sale Periods
4.1 A product is "on sale" only during the dates and times we publish for that sale, and only for the products we have listed as included in it. A sale begins when the sale price appears on our website and ends when it is removed.
4.2 Once a sale ends, the product is "off sale" and returns to its standard price. We do not apply, backdate, extend, or price match a sale price to orders placed before the sale began or after it ended.
4.3 We may extend a sale, promotion, or discount offer beyond its advertised end date. If we do, we will update the end date on our website.
4.4 We may end a sale, promotion, or discount offer, or end the sale price on a particular product, before its advertised end date only if:
(a) the product or the stock allocated to the offer sells out; or
(b) there are circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as a technical failure, a website or payment outage, or a supplier or courier issue that prevents us from fulfilling orders.
Where this happens, we will update our website as soon as reasonably practicable. Orders already placed and paid for will be honoured at the price shown at checkout, subject to clause 6.
4.5 Sales and promotions are subject to stock availability. Adding a product to your cart does not reserve it. We do not offer rain checks on sold out products.
4.6 The price that applies to your order is the price shown at checkout at the time your order is completed, subject to clause 6.
4.7 If an item is reduced in price after you have placed your order, we are not able to refund the difference. Equally, if the price increases after you have placed your order, we will not charge you the difference. This includes later sales, flash sales, or promotions held after your order was placed.
4.8 We may limit the quantity of any product per customer or per order during a sale. We may cancel and refund orders we reasonably believe are placed for resale or wholesale purposes.
5. Discounts, Codes and Stacking
5.1 Bundle offers and discount codes cannot be stacked on sale prices. Sale prices, bundle prices, discount codes, automatic discounts, and promotional discounts cannot be combined on the same item, and only one of them can apply to each item, unless we have clearly stated otherwise for a specific offer. A free gift with purchase or free shipping offer that we have stated applies alongside a sale price is not stacking.
5.2 Where more than one discount has been applied to a single order, whether through a website or app fault, a configuration error, a code shared publicly, or any other cause, that order has not been priced correctly and clause 6 applies.
5.3 Discount codes are issued for the use of the customer they were sent to. Codes that are shared publicly, resold, or used outside their intended terms may be deactivated, and orders placed using them may be cancelled and refunded.
5.4 Our Build Your Bundle builder and bundle discount codes may be switched off during a sale. Where they are, they cannot be used with sale prices.
6. Pricing Errors and Our Right to Cancel
6.1 Where an order has been placed at an incorrect price, including through stacked or combined discounts, a mispriced product or variant, a discount code used outside its intended terms, a technical fault, or human error on our website, we reserve the right to:
(a) cancel the order in full and refund the entire amount paid to your original payment method; or
(b) contact you and offer to fulfil the order at the correct price, with the difference either paid by you or refunded to you; or
(c) fulfil the order at the incorrect price at our discretion, which creates no obligation for us to do so on any future order.
6.2 We will contact you using the email address supplied with your order as soon as reasonably practicable where clause 6.1 applies. If we cannot reach you, we may cancel and refund the order in full.
6.3 An incorrect price displayed on our website is not an offer capable of acceptance, and the placing of an order at an incorrect price does not create a binding contract at that price.
7. Free Gifts With Purchase
7.1 From time to time we may offer a free gift with purchase. The gift, the minimum spend, and the offer dates will be stated on our website for each offer. Schedule A sets out the details for the Black Friday Sale 2026.
7.2 Unless the offer says otherwise, the minimum spend is calculated on the total of the products in your order after all discounts have been applied, and does not include shipping, taxes, duties, or gift card purchases.
7.3 Free gifts are available in limited quantities. Once all gifts allocated to an offer have been claimed, the offer ends, even if the sale is still running. We will update our website as soon as reasonably practicable when this happens. Orders placed after the gifts have run out will not receive a gift, even if they meet the minimum spend. We cannot offer a substitute gift, store credit, cash, or a rain check in place of a gift that has sold out.
7.4 Where the gift needs to be added to your cart, it must be in your cart at checkout. If your order qualified but the gift was not added, contact us at hello@abibi.com.au within 7 days of placing your order. If gifts for that offer are still available, we will send one to you.
7.5 Limit of one free gift per order, no matter how much you spend, unless the offer says otherwise.
7.6 Free gifts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, swapped for another product, or returned for a refund.
7.7 If you return items from an order that received a free gift for a change of mind refund (where our Returns Policy allows this), and the products you keep no longer meet the minimum spend, you must also return the unused gift, or we may deduct the gift's stated retail value from your refund. This does not apply to items returned because they are faulty.
7.8 Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to free gifts. See clause 14.
8. Final Sale Items
8.1 Some products are sold as "Final Sale". These are clearly marked "Final Sale" on the product page or in the collection they are sold from. During the Black Friday Sale 2026, all bibs made in our original fabric are Final Sale.
8.2 Final Sale items are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit if you change your mind, choose the wrong size or colour, or no longer need the item.
8.3 This does not affect your rights if a Final Sale item is faulty, is not as described, or is not fit for purpose. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to Final Sale items in the same way as any other item. See clause 14.
8.4 Please check the size guide, product description, and photos carefully before ordering. Colours may look slightly different on different screens.
9. Website Accuracy and Published Information
9.1 Abibi is a small business. Our website is maintained by one person alongside many other parts of the business, and we make every reasonable effort to keep prices, shipping costs, free shipping thresholds, delivery estimates, product details, and promotional information current and accurate.
9.2 From time to time, information on our website may be out of date, incomplete, or inconsistent between pages. Examples include an old shipping rate left on a policy page, a free shipping threshold that has since changed, an expired promotion still shown in a banner or email, or a product description that no longer matches the current product.
9.3 Where information is displayed inconsistently across our website, the prices, discounts, shipping rates, and free shipping thresholds that apply to your order are those calculated at checkout at the time your order is completed. We reserve the right to correct any error on our website.
9.4 Correcting an error on our website does not entitle you to the incorrect price, threshold, or offer, and does not set a precedent for any future order.
9.5 Where a correction materially changes what you have paid, we will contact you and give you the choice of proceeding at the corrected price or cancelling your order for a full refund.
10. Shipping and Delivery
10.1 Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location and circumstances outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs once your order has been handed to the carrier.
10.2 During sale periods, orders may take longer than usual to pack and dispatch, and couriers may also experience delays. We will publish expected dispatch times on our website during each sale.
10.3 Free shipping offers are applied automatically at checkout when your order qualifies, and cannot be applied after an order has been placed. Unless an offer says otherwise, free shipping offers apply to standard shipping to Australian addresses only.
10.4 If your order includes a pre-order item, the whole order will be sent when all items are ready, unless we say otherwise on the product page.
11. Order Changes and Cancellations
11.1 We are not able to change, add to, combine, or cancel orders once they have been placed. Please check your items, sizes, and shipping address carefully before you pay.
11.2 If you would like to add something, please place a new order. Each order is charged shipping separately unless it qualifies for free shipping on its own.
11.3 We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
12. Returns and Exchanges
Please refer to our Returns Policy for details on eligibility, timeframes, and processes. Final Sale items are covered by clause 8 and free gifts by clause 7.
13. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to clause 14, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
14. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. These rights apply to all products, including sale items, Final Sale items, and free gifts. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.

SCHEDULE A: BLACK FRIDAY SALE 2026
A1. Sale dates
The Black Friday Sale 2026 starts when sale prices go live on our website on Monday 2 November 2026 and ends at 11:59pm on Sunday 8 November 2026, Adelaide time (ACDT), unless extended or ended early under clauses 4.3 and 4.4.
A2. Discounts
Sale discounts are shown on each product on our website and are applied automatically at checkout. No discount codes can be used during the sale, and bundle offers cannot be stacked on sale prices (clause 5).
A3. Final Sale
All bibs made in our original fabric are Final Sale (clause 8).
A4. Free gift with purchase
(a) Gift: one pack of abibi Spot Removal Wipes (retail value $24.95).
(b) Minimum spend: $100 on products in a single order, after discounts, excluding shipping, taxes, duties, and gift cards.
(c) Quantity: limited stock, available while stocks last. The offer ends when gift packs run out (clause 7.3).
(d) How to claim: use the "Add free gift" button in your cart once you reach $100.
(e) Use: Spot Removal Wipes are for use on fabric and clothing only. Do not use directly on skin. Keep out of reach of children. Read the instructions on the pack before use.
A5. Free shipping
(a) Free standard shipping on Australian and New Zealand orders of $130 AUD or more (after discounts, excluding gift cards) for the whole sale.
(b) Express shipping is charged at the normal rate.
(c) We may run additional shipping offers during the sale. Any such offer will be shown on our website and applied automatically at checkout while it runs.
A6. Dispatch
Due to high order volumes, sale orders can take up to one week to pack and dispatch from the date the order is placed. Delivery times are on top of this.
